Event Details

Learn how teachers are using Edmodo in a variety of environments to connect with their students and peers. This session will provide examples for educators of all backgrounds; whether all of their students have iPads and laptops, or if they simply have a single computer in the back of their classroom.

Amanda Youngblood from Olympia High School in Orlando, FL will demonstrate how teachers with a single computer in the classroom can use Edmodo to engage their students. She will be followed by Geri Campeau, who will highlight how teachers and students use Edmodo on iPads throughout Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, CA. Finally, Mark Madison will provide a district administrator’s perspective of McKracken Public Schools’ 1:1 laptop initiative in Kentucky.
